以前にパソナで派遣就業をしていたことがあり馴染みもあったので正社員求人を探すにあたりパソナキャリアにも登録をしました。しかしながら女性カウンセラーの方の7上から目線の対応や、今一度派遣で仕事を探してみてはどうかとの話もあり、非常に残念な気持ちになりました。求人について問い合わせをしてもすでに締め切りましたというような回答だったりとあまり相手人されなかった印象ばかりです。他の人にも同じような対応をされているのかと思うとあまりお勧めできない感じです。

転職をするにあたり何社目かの人材会社の登録でしたが、パソナキャリアで初めて履歴書・職務経歴書の添削指導を受けました。それまで自分では何度か書き換えてきてはいましたが、さらに営業としての年度別の実績や取引先の拡大の推移、相手先の詳細などを盛り込んだ方がいいという事でかなりボリューム感とアピールポイントが増えました。その後の書類選考の通過率も少し上がったような気がします。レジメの作成に不安がある方は一度添削指導を受けてみるのもよろしいと思われます。

大手企業の紹介を受けましたが、正直自身では荷が重すぎるような感じがしたので応募自体を躊躇していましたが、担当の方に一緒になって力になるから是非応募しましょうという事でダメもとで応募しました。書類選考が通過したのもビックリでしたが面接に行く際のアドバイスやこれまでやってきた経験そして学生時代の研究など問題ないから自信をもってチャレンジするよう応援頂きました。自分では到底難しいと思っていた企業へ内定をもらうことが出来たのもアドバイザーの方の尽力があったからだと思っております。
