エージェントサイトからのスカウトメールで、案件自体に非常に興味があったので登録面談に行くことに。正直転職サポートはあまり評判で見ている限りあまり良くなかったので期待をしていませんでしたが、担当になって頂いたコンサルタントはベテランの方で業界の内情などさすがというようなお話も聞くことが出来ました。また紹介を受けたような案件もほかのエージェントでは見かけないような求人だったのでさすが人材大手企業は違うと思いました。残念ながら別のエージェント経由で仕事が決まりましたが安心感のあるエージェントだと思います。

紹介を受ける企業についての理解が非常に乏しいと思います。こちらが知りたいことについてはあまりご存じではないようで求人票にある内容くらいしか理解していない様子でした。聞けば求人担当と求職者担当が別で業務を行なっているようで、詳細を知るためには求人を開拓した担当に確認を取らないとわからないという事も多く、タイムリーに情報を引き出すことが出来なかったためもどかしさを覚えました。紹介企業をしっかり把握している人材紹介会社の方がやりやすいと思います。

登録までは非常に面倒な入力や提出物があり、気になる求人があったので登録面談に行くこととしました。サイトの登録から面談までは大体2週間くらいかかったかもしれません。そんな中案件の紹介も普通にあり書類ＮＧも普通にありますがすべてが普通で流れ作業の中での転職活動のようでした。他のエージェントは留守番電話を残してくれたりコミュニケーションを積極的にしてきますがSpring転職エージェントの場合は事務的なサポーととなります。よっぽど興味のある求人があるのであれば登録もありだとは思いますがそうでなかったら登録手続きも面倒ですしあまりお勧めしません。2
