長く塾業界で働いていました。リクナビNEXTには多くの類似求人があったため求人応募で利用させていただきました。まず履歴書や職務経歴書などの自己プロフィールを入れていくのですが、一度登録をしてしまえばその情報を利用して複数の企業へ応募が可能だったのでとても便利だと感じました。そして応募した企業からのレスポンスも早く、応募したところは結局残念な結果だったのですが、他の企業に応募チャレンジをすることが出来たので良かったと感じます。

私は以前芸能会社の営業職で働いておりました。そこで数年間働いた後、家庭の事情で退職しそこから長く失業していました。身が自由になり転職をしようと思い様々な転職サイトを探していたところ、以前のような仕事が多数掲載されていたのでリクナビNEXTを利用しました。応募すると担当者から電話が来て、最初に担当者との面接がありました。そこで担当者がＯＫとなるとその会社との面接です。正直、最初に担当の人と面接する必要性があまり感じられませんでした。しかし、その後の仲介となって様々な条件などを取り持ってくれて私はめでたく就職できました。

前職の仕事に行き詰まりを感じて転職活動を開始しました。リクナビネクストへの登録は友人から勧められたからです。個人的にも転職大手のリクルートなので安心感がありました。仕事をしながら活動しようと思っていたのでまずは登録して様子を見ることにしました。求人情報が自動的に来たり、企業からのオファーが届いたりするのは便利だと思いました。ただ自分としては前職の業界とは違うところで働きたいと思っていたので、オファーが前職の業界からばかりだったのは少し残念でした。担当者がいるというわけではないので、誰かに相談したいという場合は他のエージェントの方がいいかもしれません。結果的に転職先を見つけることが出来ましたが、ポイントになるところでアドバイスをもらえるような仕組みがあったらよりよかったです。
