ワークポートを利用しようと思ったのは、自宅に近い勤務地の求人がたくさんあったのと、業種・職種が豊富に掲載されていたので自分に合った仕事を見つけやすいと思ったからです。相談に行った時には担当の方が事前に数種類の求人案件を用意していてくれて、その中から自分の希望の求人を探すことができました。企業のアドバイスなどもいろいろしてくれて一緒に相談しながら企業を決めることができました。職務経歴書も担当の方が作り方を丁寧に教えてくれて助かりました。自分の希望の企業に面談に行った時も担当の方が強く推薦してくれたので安心して面談を受けることができて助かりました。面談を終えてしばらくして担当の方から採用との連絡があり、無事に希望の企業に勤務できることになりました。以前に勤務していた企業よりも職場の雰囲気が良く、給与面でも良い企業を紹介してもらえて満足して勤務できています。

転職をしようとリクナビを使っていたんですがそこでワークポートからご紹介したい求人があります、ということでご紹介いただいたのがきっかけで、紹介してもらえるなら無料だし登録するか、という軽い感じでした。 実際案件を紹介してもらうために来社するとエージェントの男性のいかにも世話をしてやってる感じと傍若無人さと所々出てくるタメ口とが気になり当初から違和感はありました。 何社か面接をワークポートから通して受けましたが1件仕事が多忙で前日に面接の確認の電話を頂きましたがどうしても行けないのでどうにかならないかと相談しましたが無理ですの一言。エージェントを使ってるのは自分の代わりに受けている会社に交渉をしてもらえるからという利点もあるからでもうそこからエージェントに対して信頼感がなくなり担当を外してもらい、そこから仕事を紹介してもらうことも止めました。レビューを見たらさほど良くない所だったのでまぁこんなもんかと思いました。
