JACのコンサルタントは求人を出している企業の採用担当者と直接やり取りしているため、リアルな情報を知っていることが多いです。 他の人材紹介会社の場合、企業との面接でミスマッチすることがありましたが、JACはそれは一切ありませんでした。事前に求人情報以外にコンサルタントから企業風土や事業戦略など内情をよく知った上で提案をしてくれるからです。 私の場合、前職と同じ金融関係を希望していたので、企業の中身が重要だったため、内情を知ってから応募できたのが良かったですね。5
