登録したきっかけは、元々教育関係でITも取り扱っているため、経験を活かせればと思い登録しました。 転職エージェントと希望条件などの面接を行った後は、ネットにログインをして希望の求人にエントリーするというシステムになっていました。 年齢が高かったので、「とにかく沢山エントリーしてください」ということでした。 印象としては、”数を打てば当たる”という方式だったのかなと思いました。 エージェントは20代女性で私よりも随分年下でしたが、爽やかで印象もよかったです。 結果は何十社も応募したのですが、書類が通ったのは2.3社。 2社ほど面接に行きましたが、1社は1次で不採用。2社目は2次で不採用と惨敗でした。 30代半ばでIT企業への転職は厳しいと感じ、ワークポートで探すのはやめ、違うエージェントを使い内定をいただきました。 エージェントはとても感じがよかったのですが、2次面接に行った企業で面接担当者が急用で来れず、せっかく企業まで出向いたのに面接してもらうことができませんでした。しかも結果は不採用。こちらは交通費と時間をかけて出向いてるのに、一言もお詫びがなく非常に不愉快な思いをしました。 いくら、採用側だからと言ってお詫びもしない企業なんて行きたくないと思いました。それをエージェントに言ってもあまり対処していただけなかったのが残念です。 せめて交通費の負担だけでもしてもらいたかったです。 また、面接対策や履歴書添削がなく、流れ作業な感じでサポートが少ないと思いました。
