私がマイナビエージェントを利用しようと思ったきっかけは、システムエンジニアの職場の先輩が、そのエージェントを利用して転職をしたからです。 IT業界の件数はそこそこあり、有名企業も多くありましたが、私の場合、担当者の方があまりこの業界に詳しくないような感じがしました。基本はメールでのやり取りでした。動きはそこそこ速かったと思うので、その点は特に不満等ありませんでしたが、給与交渉についてはこちらからお願いしないとやってもらえなかったので、そこは不満が残る点でした。

求人の量はリクルートエージェントが一番多いが質ではマイナビエージェントの方が高いとの声を聞いて、マイナビに登録しました。 たくさんのいいアドバイスをもらえましたし、面接のテクニックも教えていただけました。 でも当時の私は自己評価ばかりが高くて、素直にそれを実践できませんでした。 前の会社である程度仕事ができるようになって、どこか勘違いしていたのでしょう。 プロの意見を真摯に受け止めておけば、もう少し違った結果になったのかもしれませんが、今となっては後の祭りです。3
